GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions for purchase and sale through the online shop www.JENISTYLE.com, hereinafter referred to as “General Terms and Conditions”:
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the procedure, manner and terms and conditions of purchase and sale through www.jenistyle.com - an online store, hereinafter referred to as Jeni Style Online Shop, owned by Kalebo Ltd. They represent a purchase and sale agreement between Jeni Style Online Shop and the Customer. Jeni Style Online Shop provides the Customer with the opportunity to purchase the goods offered through the online store by requesting and paying the respective sale price, subject to compliance with and observance by the Customer of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer may make valid requests to purchase the products offered through the online store only after registering and agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, by which it is deemed to be bound by the clauses of the General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them. Jeni Style Online Shop reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing these changes on www.jenistyle.com in a timely manner along with a change notice. Upon changes to these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer may declare that it rejects the changes by sending a statement of rejection of the changes to the following e-mail: office@jenistyle.com. With the receipt of the express statement of rejection, the purchase and sale agreement is deemed to be terminated. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relations between the Customer and Jeni Style Online Shop arising in connection with a valid purchase order submitted before the change.
I. General
Within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used with the following meanings:
Kalebo Ltd. is a business company, registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency, with Unified ID Code 121704934, with seat and registered address: Bulgaria, Sofia 1421, 20B Cherni Vrah Blvd., offering goods for sale through the online store www.jenistyle.com and through the Jeni Style Online Shop – an online store for clothing and accessories.
Each of the listed items is described with its basic features and sale price.
“Customer” means an individual or a legal person who has registered a customer account at www.jenistyle.com and has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. By submitting an order/request, the Customer declares and confirms that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years old.
“Customer Account” means information about the Customer (name, surname/company name, address, telephone, e-mail address, Unified ID Code/BULSTAT Code, etc.) provided by the latter upon its registration and stored by Jeni Style Online Shop for the purposes of servicing orders and the services provided by Jeni Style Online Shop. The Customer Account is accessible by entering a username and password and enables the Customer to view and edit the data entered upon registration, to access the information for all its purchase requests through www.jenistyle.com, to change its password, to subscribe/respectively withdraw from the subscription for receiving a Jeni Style Online Shop newsletter
II. Purchase Orders/Requests
In order to be entitled to make valid requests to purchase the items offered through www.jenistyle.com, the customer must register by filling in a registration form and declare his/her consent to these General Terms and Conditions:
1. Registration
The Customer provides Jeni Style Online Shop with the following information for registration purposes: name, surname, telephone, e-mail, address. The Customer ensures that the data provided in the registration form is genuine, complete and accurate. In the event that the Customer provides untrue and/or outdated data, Jeni Style Online Shop is entitled to suspend immediately and without prior notice the maintenance of the Customer’s registration and the access to its customer account. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the protection of his/her password, as well as for all actions performed by him/her or by a third party by using the password.
2. Consent to the General Terms and Conditions
By ticking the box “I have read the terms and conditions and I consent to them” and clicking on the virtual button “Payment”, the Customer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that he/she is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.
Jeni Style Online Shop immediately confirms the receipt of the statement of consent to these General Terms and Conditions by sending a message to the Customer’s e-mail.
Each purchase request from the Customer through www.jenistyle.com, based on these General Terms and Conditions, is filed and executed in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement between the parties. In case of dispute over who is willing to be bound to the text of these General Terms and Conditions, a party to the agreement shall be deemed to be the person who has paid the price of the goods requested for purchase.
3. Submitting a purchase order/request
Purchase order/request is submitted by the Customer, with the latter performing in sequence the following actions:
In the case of an incomplete or incorrect address and/or telephone number when submitting the order/request, the same is considered invalid and Jeni Style Online Shop is not under any obligation to fulfill it.
4. Accepting the order/request
The purchase request is accepted by the Jeni Style Online Shop by sending a message to the Customer’s e-mail with the following content: name, registered address, e-mail and correspondence data of Jeni Style Online Shop, as well as information about the type of goods, their sale price, the cost of the postal or transport costs not included in the sale price and related to their delivery, the payment method chosen by the Customer, the invoice details and the delivery address.
The request takes effect between the parties after verifying the availability of the goods ordered for purchase and after confirming its validity by sending a message to an e-mail address of the Customer or by confirming the contact telephone indicated by the Customer.
III. Delivery
The goods requested for purchase are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer within the following deadlines:
- within 5 (five) business days domestically and 7 (seven) business days abroad if the goods are available;
- within 20 (twenty) business days domestically and 30 (thirty) business days abroad if the goods are not available.
- shipmnets within Bulgaria are free.
Jeni Style Online Shop delivers worldwide via the courier companies Econt and DHL but does not deliver to mailboxes.
Pre-ordered items will be sent, as soon as they are available in the merchant’s warehouse. The full price will be deducted on the same day the order was placed, despite the postponed delivery date.
Pre-ordered clothes are not in sale.
We would like to remind the customers who shop for the first time that Jeni Style Online Shop may ask the Bank to double-check the transaction and account information. This confirmation process will delay the immediate delivery.
For pre-orders, the country indicated in the delivery addresses cannot be changed for any reason.
Jeni Style Online Shop does not guarantee the availability of ordered items. In the event of failure to fulfill its obligations due to the fact that the goods requested for purchase are unavailable and the impossibility for delivery by its suppliers, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of the purchase request the Customer is notified of the unavailability of the goods by sending a message to the e-mail specified upon registration or by telephone call. Jeni Style Online Shop will refund the value of the ordered item(s) or change the order as desired by the Customer.
The goods are handed over to the Customer or to a third party who accepts and acknowledges the receipt thereof on behalf of the Customer by signing the documents accompanying the goods. In the event that the Customer is not found within the delivery period at the address specified by him/her or no access and conditions are provided for the delivery of the goods within this period, Jeni Style Online Shop is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. The Customer can confirm his/her willingness to receive the goods even after the expiry of the delivery period in which he/she has not been found at the address, assuming all the costs of re-delivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation under the previous sentence.
Orders placed separately will be delivered separately.
Jeni Style Online Shop is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond Jeni Style’s Online Shop control.
Please keep in mind, that couriers do not deliver or accept deliveries on the following Bulgarian holidays and/or non-business days arising from them:

IV. Payment conditions and payment method
All prices of goods on the Jeni Style Online Store are in Bulgarian Levs, VAT inclusive. Prices do not include delivery costs.
The price and delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address entered and before clicking on the virtual button “Payment” and can be paid by cash on delivery, credit card or debit card, bank transfer: IBAN:BG65UNCR96601014503110.
All listed prices, payments and invoices are in Bulgarian Levs (BGN). For international orders the prices, payments and invoices are in euro (€/EUR) or in US dollars ($/USD).
For natural and legal persons from European Union countries, VAT is charged on the prices of the goods.
For natural and legal persons from third countries, VAT is not charged on prices and no import taxes are included.
Please note, that orders below 100 Bulgarian Levs (BGN)/50 euro (€/EUR)/50 US dollars ($/USD) cannot be sent outside the territory of Bulgaria.
For new customers with credit card, debit card and bank transfer payments, the Jeni Style Online Shop can ask the bank to double-check the transaction and account information. This confirmation process will delay the immediate delivery.
V. Rights and obligations of the Customer
A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act is entitled, without owing any compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement for goods through www.jenistyle.com by returning the goods within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt thereof. If the Customer withdraws from the concluded agreement within the time limit set out in the preceding sentence, he/she shall send a statement of withdrawal from the concluded agreement to the Jeni Style Online Shop and return the goods with undisturbed integrity.
The statement of withdrawal shall be sent to: Sofia Region, Sofia Municipality, 1421 Sofia, Lozenets District, 20B Cherni Vrah Blvd. or to the following e-mail: office@jenistyle.com. The Customer is obliged to store the goods received by him/her in order to ensure the preservation of its quality and safety.
During the fulfillment of the order of the goods and after a bank payment made, the Customer is not entitled to refuse the order until he/she has received it.
Once an order of the available items has been placed, no changes can be made to this order.
For pre-orders the country indicated in the delivery addresses cannot be changed for any reason.
It is possible to check the status of your order online by going to your account and entering your e-mail and order number.
Customers who received a promotional code for Jeni Style Online Shop via e-mail can use this code during the payment. Each code has a validity and end date that limits its use and cannot be extended.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is entitled to request the return of the goods in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the agreed parameters, which could not be established in the ordinary inspection of the goods or if the goods were damaged during transport.
In the above-mentioned cases, the Customer may request that the goods delivered be replaced with a corresponding purchase order by submitting a corresponding written request to the Jeni Style Online Shop.
Jeni Style Online Shop is obliged to reimburse the Customer in full for the amounts paid by him/her.
Jeni Style Online Shop does not guarantee that access to the online store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free, as long as this is beyond Jeni Style Online Shop’s ability, control and will. Jeni Style Online Shop is not responsible for failure to provide access to www.jenistyle.com, as well as for failure to handle or inappropriate handling of purchase requests in circumstances beyond its control – cases of force majeure, incidental events and problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond Jeni Style’s Online Shop control.
Jeni Style Online Shop is not responsible for the compliance of the goods offered for sale with the applicable regulatory requirements and their quality.
The Customer is obliged to indemnify Jeni Style Online Shop for any damages, costs and legal fees paid in respect of a guilty breach of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer is also required to indemnify Jeni Style Online Shop for any damages caused by third parties to whom he/she has provided his/her password upon using the same.
The provisions of the effective legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all matters not settled by these General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions are effective considered from 01.01.2019.

Documents required for returning of goods

Close the package securely.
Once we recieve the package, we will confirm receipt.
All approved returns will be credited as soon as posible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase). The previously reserved exchage item will be dispatched immediately.
