Documents required for returning of goods
A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act is entitled, without owing any compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement for goods through www.jenistyle.com by returning the goods within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt thereof. If the Customer withdraws from the concluded agreement within the time limit set out in the preceding sentence, he/she shall send a statement of withdrawal from the concluded agreement to the Jeni Style Online Shop and return the goods with undisturbed integrity.
The statement of withdrawal shall be sent to: Sofia Region, Sofia Municipality, 1421 Sofia, Lozenets District, 20B Cherni Vrah Blvd. or to the following e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer is obliged to store the goods received by him/her in order to ensure the preservation of its quality and safety.
During the fulfillment of the order of the goods and after a bank payment made, the Customer is not entitled to refuse the order until he/she has received it.
Once an order of the available items has been placed, no changes can be made to this order.
For pre-orders the country indicated in the delivery addresses cannot be changed for any reason.
It is possible to check the status of your order online by going to your account and entering your e-mail and order number.
Customers who received a promotional code for JENISTYLE.COM via e-mail can use this code during the payment. Each code has a validity and end date that limits its use and cannot be extended.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is entitled to request the return of the goods in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the agreed parameters, which could not be established in the ordinary inspection of the goods or if the goods were damaged during transport.
In the above-mentioned cases, the Customer may request that the goods delivered be replaced with a corresponding purchase order by submitting a corresponding written request to the Jeni Style Online Shop.
Jeni Style Online Shop is obliged to reimburse the Customer in full for the amounts paid by him/her.
Jeni Style Online Shop does not guarantee that access to the online store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free, as long as this is beyond Jeni Style Online Shop’s ability, control and will. Jeni Style Online Shop is not responsible for failure to provide access to www.jenistyle.com, as well as for failure to handle or inappropriate handling of purchase requests in circumstances beyond its control – cases of force majeure, incidental events and problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond Jeni Style’s Online Shop control.
Jeni Style Online Shop is not responsible for the compliance of the goods offered for sale with the applicable regulatory requirements and their quality.
The Customer is obliged to indemnify Jeni Style Online Shop for any damages, costs and legal fees paid in respect of a guilty breach of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer is also required to indemnify Jeni Style Online Shop for any damages caused by third parties to whom he/she has provided his/her password upon using the same.
The provisions of the effective legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all matters not settled by these General Terms and Conditions.

Using the enclosed Exchange & Returns form B, indicate which item(s) you wish to return / exchange and the reason why.
Insert the Exchange & Returns form Bwith item(s) you wish to return / exchange in the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange an item, contact our Customers Care team to reserve the new size.
Contact DHL for shipments abroad or ECONT for shipments in Bulgaria.
Please have the DHL Shipment Airway Bills C marked "Shipper's Copy" signed by DHL pick-up service for your own records, handing over the remaining 2 Aitway Bills to DHL. Close the package securely.
Once we recieve the package, we will confirm receipt.
All approved returns will be credited as soon as posible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase). The previously reserved exchage item will be dispatched immediately.
The goods requested for purchase are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer within the following deadlines:
- within 5 (five) business days domestically and 7 (seven) business days abroad if the goods are available;
- within 20 (twenty) business days domestically and 30 (thirty) business days abroad if the goods are not available.
- shipments within Bulgaria are free.
Jeni Style Online Shop delivers worldwide via the courier companies Econt and DHL but does not deliver to mailboxes.
Pre-ordered items will be sent as soon as they are available in the merchant’s warehouse. The full price will be deducted on the same day the order was placed, despite the postponed delivery date.
We would like to remind the customers who shop for the first time that Jeni Style Online Shop may ask the Bank to double-check the transaction and account information. This confirmation process will delay the immediate delivery.

Jeni Style Online Shop does not guarantee the availability of ordered items. In the event of failure to fulfill its obligations due to the fact that the goods requested for purchase are unavailable and the impossibility for delivery by its suppliers, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of the purchase request the Customer is notified of the unavailability of the goods by sending a message to the e-mail specified upon registration or by telephone call. Jeni Style Online Shop will refund the value of the ordered item(s) or change the order as desired by the Customer.
The goods are handed over to the Customer or to a third party who accepts and acknowledges the receipt thereof on behalf of the Customer by signing the documents accompanying the goods. In the event that the Customer is not found within the delivery period at the address specified by him/her or no access and conditions are provided for the delivery of the goods within this period, Jeni Style Online Shop is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. The Customer can confirm his/her willingness to receive the goods even after the expiry of the delivery period in which he/she has not been found at the address, assuming all the costs of re-delivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation under the previous sentence.
Orders placed separately will be delivered separately.
Jeni Style Online Shop is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond Jeni Style’s Online Shop control.
Please keep in mind, that couriers do not deliver or accept deliveries on the following Bulgarian holidays and/or non-business days arising from them:

Payment conditions and payment method
All prices of goods on the Jeni Style Online Store are in Bulgarian Levs, VAT inclusive. Prices do not include delivery costs.
The price and delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address entered and before clicking on the virtual button “Payment” and can be paid by cash on delivery, credit card or debit card, bank transfer: IBAN: BG65UNCR96601014503110
All listed prices, payments and invoices are in Bulgarian Levs (BGN). For international orders the prices, payments and invoices are in euro (€/EUR) or in US dollars ($/USD).
For natural and legal persons from European union countries, VAT is charged on the prices of the goods.
For natural and legal persons from third countries, VAT is not charged on prices and no import taxes are included.
Please note, that orders below 100 Bulgarian Levs (BGN)/50 euro (€/EUR)/50 US dollars ($/USD) cannot be sent outside the territory of Bulgaria.
For new customers with credit card, debit card and bank transfer payments, the Jeni Style Online Shop can ask the bank to double-check the transaction and account information. This confirmation process will delay the immediate delivery.
